Pay an invoice by card or PayPal Print

You can pay invoices by credit or debit card, or with PayPal.

Pay an invoice

  1. Go to Billing → My Invoices and open the unpaid invoice. You can also use the link in the invoice email.
  2. Choose Credit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
  3. Select Pay Now and follow the steps.

The invoice changes to Paid as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive a payment confirmation by email.

Pay several invoices at once

If you have more than one unpaid invoice, go to Billing → Mass Payment. Select Make Payment to pay them all in one go.

Download a PDF invoice

Open the invoice and select Download. Your company name and address come from My Details. Update them there before you download if needed.

Payment failed?

  • Check the card number, expiry date and security code, and that your bank allows online payments.
  • Some banks ask you to confirm the payment in their app. Complete that step and try again.
  • Try the other payment method, or open a ticket and we will help.
We never ask for card details by email or ticket. Only enter them on the invoice payment page.
