Saved cards and automatic payments Print

If you save a card, renewal invoices are paid automatically on their due date. You don't have to remember to pay, and your services keep running.

Save a card

  • Pay an invoice by card. Your card is saved for future payments.
  • Or go to the account menu (top right) → Payment Methods and select Add New Credit Card.

Card details are stored securely by our payment processor, not in the client area. We only see the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date.

How automatic payments work

  • On the due date, the renewal invoice is charged to your default card.
  • You receive an email receipt for each payment.
  • If a payment fails, we email you. You can then pay the invoice manually or update your card.
  • We also email you before a saved card expires, so you can add the new one in time.

Change your default card

On Payment Methods, add the new card and set it as default. To remove an old card, open a ticket and we will remove it for you.

Prefer PayPal?

With PayPal you pay each invoice yourself when you receive it. See Pay an invoice by card or PayPal.
